Broken Heart

When you have a broken heart, it feels like the world is against you. You feel like everyone is against you, and that nothing will ever be the same again. In fact, it can be so difficult to get through the pain that you might try to avoid feeling it at all. But that’s not healthy – in fact, it can be downright dangerous. If you don’t allow yourself to feel the pain, you might not be able to recover from the heartbreak. The best way to get through a broken heart is to acknowledge it and let it out. Talk about it with your friends and family, and write about it in your journal. Doing this will help you to process the pain and eventually heal your broken heart.

My way of working tries to make the emotion more intense, more perceptible, finally more beautiful, from a plastic point of view. I have a romantic temperament, a lively sensitivity and a kind of sentimental intimidation with spirituality, which I look for in any work I do.
